Vaccines save lives, especially in Bangladesh where strong partnerships are crucial for sustainable immunization programs. Engaging policymakers, increasing funding, improving surveillance, going digital, and involving communities are vital for achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Collaboration among CSOs, NGOs, the private sector, UN agencies, and the government is essential to reach all children, even in remote areas. Earlier today, a special session held between the Shastho Shurokkha Foundation and UNICEF to review the progress of the Advocacy Program concerning the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI). In attendance were Dr. Nizam Uddin Ahmed, Executive Director of the Shastho Shurokkha Foundation, alongside project officers and officials from UNICEF. We're thankful for UNICEF's leadership and support in this effort.
